NEW & RETURNING VENDORS--PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

ALPINE'S ANNUAL MOUNTAIN DAYS attracts tourists from all over! It is widely publicized in all phases of the news media, including the Wyoming Tourism Council, through thousands of flyers, and was featured nationally on the FOOD NETWORK'S "AMERICAN FESTIVALS" SERIES.

Fine Arts and Crafts as well as Food and Commercial Booths occupy the grounds of the Alpen Haus Resort at the junction of Highways 89 and 26, both main traffic arteries to and from Yellowstone National Park! The Craft Booths and Commercial areas are separate but both adjoin the popular 1800ís authentic Pioneer Village which is the focus of activities along with the main stage areas.

Arts, Crafts and Commercial spaces are a nominal $100 for three days (see *LATE REGISTRATION POLICY below, and we do expect you to remain set up until 4 pm Sunday, June 20th. Reservations are confirmed with your payment to: "ALPINE MOUNTAIN DAYS". An additional fee of $15 is required if you need electricity: make that check payable to the Alpen Haus Resort.

We need a COMPLETE description of your craft or commercial items on your reservation form as well as your space requirements. All reserved spots will be preassigned on the basis of earliest registrations &/or arrival time getting the best locations. If you wish to be close to another vendor or have a favorite site, please tell us! However, we reserve the right to assign your booth to a different spot if you arrive late and would create hardship on volunteers or other vendors already situated. Only vendors that will NOT use in-ground stakes will be on the grassy lawns due to costly sprinkler damage in the past. Concrete blocks will be available to purchase at a nominal fee; sandbags or water tubes will also be allowed. Commercial Vendors and the Pioneer Village participants will be set up in the grassy field areas. There will be NO tent camping within the exhibit areas. Tents and trailers that are not part of your exhibit detract from the vendor areas. Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise but security will be provided nightly. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THAT YOU NOT SELL THINGS WE CONSIDER UNSAFE OR INAPPROPRIATE.

*LATE REGISTRATION POLICY: The fee for Registrations for Arts, Crafts and Commercial spaces received later than May 21, 2010, will be $125 for the 3-day weekend.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellation of a booth reservation which is received on or before May 21, 2010, will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellation of a booth reservation which is received after May 21, 2010, will receive 50% of the registration fee.

The PIONEER VILLAGE is a busy place with many craftsmen demonstrating their 1800ís work. All Traders in this area MUST sell or demonstrate only 1800ís crafts and wear period clothing. If you are trading or exhibiting, your tent space is $75 for the 3-day event. ONLY AUTHENTIC LODGES AND TEPEES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VILLAGE! The Village will be set up separately, Rendezvous-style, with no modern vendors allowed in the area. Only Pioneer Village exhibitors may stay in their lodges. Mountain men, women, and children are encouraged to come set up your lodge or teepee and join the family fun.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Outside Arts & Crafts and Commercial spaces do allow room for your motor home or trailer only if it is essential to your sales. These limited trailer spaces must be pre-reserved by May 15, 2010, in the Arts & Crafts area.

Dry designated campsites are available for all exhibitors at no extra charge. The Alpen Haus Resort has limited RV hookups for a nominal fee. Check with Greys River Cove RV Park and Campground (307) 880-2267 soon as their RV sites get booked up early but tent sites are usually available.
