THE STATE

Wyoming is a mountain state located in the western part of the United States. It is the tenth largest state in area, but the least populated state in the nation. About 15 percent of the state is forested including the most valued trees of the mountains--the Aspen, Fir, Spruce and Lodgepole Pine. Wildlife include brown and black bears, moose, elk, deer, bobcats, mountain lions, pronghorn antelope, coyotes and mountain sheep.

Colorful Mountain Men of the past and present, as well as Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park, are only part of the many Wyoming Wonders.

THE CAMP

I will do everything that I can to make your hunt comfortable, safe and successful. I have been a guide and licensed outfitter in the Wyoming for about 30 years. I know the country well. I am bonded, insured, and a member of the Wyoming Outfitters and Guides Association.

THE HUNT

All of our hunting is done with licensed guides who have hunted this area for years. There will only be six hunters in camp each hunt, and each guide takes only two hunters, so you won't be hunting in a large group. We have excellent hunting for Mule Deer,  Antelope and White Tail Deer. Temperatures will range from 70° to -10°.

Guns with caliber and scopes similar to 7mm, 270, 30.06, 300 or 280 are good for these kinds of hunts.

LICENSES

Because of difficulties in acquiring licenses, hunters must plan their hunt almost a year in advance. We will fill out your application properly and get it to Cheyenne for you, or you can get applications and maps by writing to:

RESERVATIONS

We suggest you make a booking as soon as possible to assure you or your party the best possible date to hunt. A 50% deposit (100% refundable if you don't draw) is required to confirm when you arrive in camp.
