BRENT'S FAVORITE BOOKS,
etc.

Books are one of my passions! Yes, I carry a book with me wherever I go. My heart breaks when I hear of someone who cannot read. Not being able to hold a book, open it and have written words bring to life, feelings, fantasy and gift of learning truths. Reading is a window into the past, present and future. All books listed here can be purchased from Amazon DOT COM, your local library and book dealers.

Books have a way of jumping off shelves into your hands when you most need one!

Trust this mystic phenomenon. READING IS FREEDOM. YOU CAN STILL CHOOSE BOOKS AND THE WRITTEN WORD! FREEDOM OF PRESS!

MEDITATION

A fantastic CD that I have been using to meditate is PACIFIC MOON by Gary Stroutsos. All I can say is get it and it will take you places you need to go.....

EXERCISE

When I see the warning: "Check with a physician before beginning any exercise program," I simply cringe! God, help us all, as it seems attorneys, law suits and the judges have all the power in the world including your ability to move without dropping dead!

GET THIS IN YOUR HEAD: If you are not doing anything physically you NEED TO MOVE! You will not die! YOU WILL DIE IF YOU ARE NOT CONDITIONING YOUR BODY.

I say DO NOT, and I say this sincerely, unless you have a severe life threatening disease, do not give your hard earned money to an MD to see if you can go for a walk, or lift a three pound dumb-bell.

Think it through: YOU NEED THREE THINGS--OXYGEN, FUEL TO BURN AND THEN MOTION, THAT IS GETTING UP AND MOVING…..

There are some amazing sites on the net for anything and everything regarding exercise. You can become overwhelmed by all the information. Someone told me that in the years to come stress and disease will not kill us, TOO MUCH INFORMATION WILL KILL US!

Not true! Our old system of controlling people would have us believe that, BUT knowledge and information is freedom. Go for it.

If you need some advice regarding sites and other information about exercise I will be happy to direct you to places and references.

Get moving. We MOVE forward or else REGRESS. There is only one difference between a rut and a grave: one is deeper than the other.

Enjoy the walk, life is an adventure. Life is a beautiful journey. The rewards are in the PROCESS not in the end results!

Use the three "D’s" -- it works every time.
